WCN strengthens machine learning credentials with AICHOO expertise

WCN Plc are delighted to announce a further enhancement to their innovative Predictive Recruiting Scoring tool by partnering with a leading AI tool, AICHOO.

Our platform will be integrated into WCN’s Applicant Tracking System and improve the robustness of WCN’s Predictive Recruiting Scoring tool to help leading employers benefit from the best possible early evaluation of applicants based on responses given within online application forms.

WCN’s customers include many large banks, retailers, government institutions, universities and others.

“Top employers continue to receive huge numbers of applications for each open position and ultimately, the majority of applicants – upwards of 95 percent – are turned down. With WCN Predictive Recruiting Scoring and AICHOO, employers now have an even greater ability to quickly flag candidates that have certain key indicators of success to streamline the selection process and nurture this talent ahead of competitors,” explained Charles Hipps, founder and CEO of WCN.

Stephen Hill, CEO of Egham AI, added: “We are delighted to welcome WCN into our portfolio of clients and to work in partnership on such a new and exciting venture”.

Another Kaggle competition by Zillow

Following excellent results on the previous Kaggle competition by Quora, we have decided to enter early on another major one sponsored by Zillow. This competition will run for more than a year and it is significantly different from other competitions because the real data on which entries will be judged does not yet exist. This is good because it eliminates a typical problem of “leaks” which seems to be inherent to most other challenges. No one, not even Zillow, will know what data will come next year on which competitors will be judged.

Our objective is the same – to test the power of Aichoo AIOS on such a task. There are already more than 3000 teams taking part and we are currently in the top 10 i.e., in the top 0.3%. Not bad progress so far! You may monitor our position here (look for Team Name: dset).

Egham AI Tech selected for IBM’s Watson Build Challenge final

London – July 2017: we have been selected as a participant in Phase Two of the Watson Build challenge to develop our cognitive platform, Aichoo AIOS, into a solution using IBM Watson APIs on the IBM Cloud. IBM will provide us with access to IBM development tools, business mentors and cognitive specialists.

The Watson Build challenge is IBM’s first cognitive challenge designed solely for Business Partners. In phase one, IBM received hundreds of business plan submissions from business partners around the world. In phase two, select Watson based solutions were chosen to progress to the next phase where partners will build solutions to demonstrate these cognitive products and services.

“The response to our first-ever Watson Build challenge for business partners has been phenomenal,” said John Teltsch, General Manager, IBM Global Business Partners. “We congratulate Egham AI Tech for presenting a strong business plan centered around IBM Cloud and Watson and progressing to the next round of the challenge. We look forward to supporting Egham AI Tech as it works on the solution for Aichoo AIOS, with the goal of bringing it to our joint clients.“
